At the annual Board Meeting, held February 26, 2012 the following were elected:

- Treasurer - Marshall Kachmar
- Assistant Treasurer - Tom Ewanchuk
- Membership Chairman – Pauline Mudry
- Archivist – Larrisa Ewanchuk
- Events Chairman – Lesia Pohoreski
- Property Manager (Hospodar) – Greg Yewchuk
- The following were appointed:
- Past President - Geraldine Nakonechny
- Church School - Vivianne Kruhlak, Susan Jereniuk
- UWAC - Donna Kowalishin
- Cathedral Choir - Olesia Talpash
